The jewelry you wear is a personal statement, a reflection of you. If you’ve dreamed of designing your own jewelry, we can turn imagination into reality. Whether you have sketches of your own, photos from the web or want to replicate your grandmother’s wedding ring, our goldsmith/designer will work directly with you to create your piece. Using a combination of handcrafting and the latest technology, we will create custom jewelry that’s as unique as you are.

THE PROCESS
You’ll work with one of our skilled Sales Professionals either in person or by email to discuss types of metal and gemstones you’d like and the size of item (e.g., finger size for rings; wrist circumference for bracelets). If you have photos or sketches of your dream jewelry, this is a good time to share them.

The Graham Jewelers Sales Professional will research the stones and metals you requested and provide a quote.

Our award-winning Designer will either create a drawing of the piece or render a computerized version. You can choose to come into the store to view the design or it can be emailed to you. At this point, we will work with you to tweak the design until you say it’s perfect.

After you approve the rendering of your custom piece, our designer will create a wax model of the design. This allows you to see the size and shape and get a realistic feel for the piece. Again, we can make changes here as required.

After you approve the wax model, the actual design will be created. After the metal is cast, the stones are set and the final polishing is done, your piece will be carefully inspected in our accredited gemological laboratory to make sure all setting and finish details are to the highest standards. The entire process takes three to four weeks.

We take every step possible to ensure we get your custom design right the first time. However, we will remake any item from scratch once. If a second remake is requested we will issue a store credit to use toward Graham Jewelers’ beautiful in-store selection of jewelry.
