Bike the Luce Line Trail
With the cool weather moving in, now is the perfect time to hit the trail and explore the wooded areas around Wayzata. Grab a bike and definitely pack a day bag before you hit the 63-mile long Luce Line Trail. This multi-recreational pathway loops through the northern edge of town, through Highway 12, Ferndale Road and Wazata Boulevard. However, you don’t have to bike the full sixty-three to take in the sights. Enjoy the views of lakeside life while you leisurely pedal along.
Leaf Peep Along the Lake
There’s nothing like autumn on the lake. The leaves change to beautiful hues of red, orange, brown and yellow that always compliment our evening sunsets. If you’re looking for a lovely fall-time activity, take a boat cruise on Lake Minnetonka and admire the changing foliage.
