Appraisals are completed in-store by Chris Graham.

“While you wait” appraisals are offered by appointment.

“Pick up and Delivery” service is available.

Repair

At Graham Jewelers, only the most trusted Goldsmiths and Platinumsmiths do our repairs. Our repair shop is equipped with the latest repair equipment, including a state-of-the-art laser-welding machine.

You can be confident that repairs at Graham Jewelers will be done in a timely manner. Many minor repairs can be done while you wait. A more detailed repair project will take more time; however, Graham Jewelers will strive to complete the work quickly and with quality care.

Even if you purchased your jewelry elsewhere, we can and will service your repair needs.

Whether you visit us to simply adjust the size of your ring, or do a complete restoration of your family heirlooms, Graham Jewelers is there to service you.
We work with platinum, 18 & 14 karat gold, as well as sterling silver.

Watch Repair

Graham Jewelers offers watch repair service done by an expert horologist, who has over 30 years in the watch repair industry. We will change your battery while you wait. If you are in need of a watch strap, Graham Jewelers also has an extensive selection of fine watch straps.

Engraving

Personalize your gift

We can engrave many of your cherished items: Rings, Trophies, Plaques, Knives, Pens, Baby Jewelry, and Signet Rings.

Appointments

We understand that normal business hours may not be the most convenient for your busy schedule. Therefore, we are willing to arrange a private appointment to help you choose the perfect piece of jewelry or perhaps to discuss our repair services. You also have the choice of meeting us after store hours at our location, or, we can provide a meeting with you at your workplace.

If you are unable to stop in to our store, we can also make a house call to your place of residence. You can call us for pick up and delivery of your jewelry for repairs as well.

Do you have jewelry that needs appraising? We can also arrange that by appointment.

We want to make our services as accessible to you as possible.

Pick up & Delivery

Your items can be personally picked up and delivered by us. If we need to mail your items, we will make sure that they are insured. If you want us to mail a gift to someone, just give us the address and date it needs to be there and we take care of the rest.
